As a company that helps shape the future, bringing in new talent is critical to BT’s success, and Stratton Craig has worked with BT to develop copy for several recruitment campaigns.
We created copy for a suit of materials to support BT’s activity at UK university careers fairs – for example, flyers, display stands and even the wrapper for a giveaway chocolate bar - all designed to drive students to BT’s stand.
Stratton Craig writers also developed web and brochure copy to attract candidates to a development programme covering Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America. This had to balance enthusiasm and drive with clear but technical information about the application process - all suitable for candidates whose first language may not be English.
