An award-winning creative and writer/producer for BBC Presentation, Nigel became BBC1’s first Creative Director and devised the launch campaign for the National Lottery, as well as major promotions for Eastenders and The Radio Times. Shipped off to the US to head up creative for BBC America, he wrote the channel’s first nationwide advertising campaign and led the development of its distinctive brand strategy and identity.
Back to the UK with Red Bee Media, Nigel became creative director for all the BBC’s global channels as well as the UKTV portfolio. He wrote the strategy for Red Bee’s successful Discovery Channel identity pitch and developed the business plan for the company’s New York office.
Nigel now offers his shrewd mix of sharp writing and smart strategic thinking to a wide variety of clients.
