Head of Copywriting
Jack is a versatile copywriter and editor with over 12 years’ experience. Combining copywriting and journalism, he has written for clients as diverse as EDF Energy, Department of Health, Vodafone and the United Nations Environment Programme. He has also contributed articles to academic and niche-market publications, as well as national titles such as the Guardian, the Times Literary Supplement and the New Internationalist. In 2011, Jack came runner-up in the Guardian’s annual International Development Journalism Awards.
Jack began his career at the social and environmental communications consultancy, Forster, where he wrote campaign materials, articles and reports for government departments, charities and private sector clients. He then freelanced for five years before joining Stratton Craig as Head of Copy. Working with clients from all sectors, Jack acts as one of our main in-house copywriters and editors. He specialises in features for client publications, corporate responsibility reports, digital copy for websites and sustainability communications. He also oversees the work of our copywriting team and liaises with clients on all copy-related issues.
