As former Director of Verbal Identity at Interbrand, Andy was responsible for helping blue-chips such as Nissan, Hays, KPMG, Epson, BA and Rio Tinto define and develop their brands through their verbal identity. He excels in capturing a brand’s essence, identifying and communicating key messages and shaping, guiding and implementing the tone of voice through compelling and engaging language.

Andy’s first project with Stratton Craig has been to define and create a tone of voice and verbal identity for Aviva Investors, involving workshops and interviews with a number of key individuals within the organisation.
