‘Groundworking’ is our unique tone of voice and brand expression process. It is designed to give you a solid platform of consistent style and tone for all your communications, regardless of who produces them. By identifying and establishing rules for the use of language we can help you make sure your agreed brand values and look and feel are fully supported by sharp ‘on brand’ copywriting.

There are two stages to the package:

  • Review of all current communications and match to agreed brand guidelines. Identify who writes copywriting material within the organisation and provide guidance on key copy issues going forward.
  • Develop your own tone of voice using your agreed brand values and guidelines as the foundation. A lexicon of brand language will be produced and examples of do’s and don’t's provided.

We realise that you won’t always have the budget to outsource your copywriting, so we offer training workshops to help you implement your brand language across the business. We’ll also give guidance on how to write for different mediums.
