With the start of a new year, we can’t help but imagine how the written communications arena is going to evolve over the next 12 months. We’ve no doubt that the popularity of social media that we saw in 2011 will continue to increase, as will the need for search-engine savvy copy. We can also see that with increasing communications outlets, comms and content strategies will become more complex and require greater thinking time.
